Terms and Conditions:

The Texas Pet Company Product Testing Program provides members access to product testing programs to help make our products be successful, it also provides access to savings, discounts and special offers, and it's exclusively for invited members! The program includes discounted pricing on products offered on TexasPetCompany.com (as described below in these Terms).

The Texas Pet Company Product Testing Program is offered at the sole discretion of Texas Pet Company. By using the Texas Pet Company Product Testing Program, you agree that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to understand the eligibility rules that apply to you and to ask for a discount only where you are eligible.

Product Testing Program is an invitation-only free membership.

Program Policy

The Product Testing Program discount applies to merchandise purchased and paid for by owners of the designated email address assigned to the Product Testing Program account and/or their qualified family members who have been issued access to that account. For purposes of this Program, a "qualified family member" of a Product Testing Program account is defined as an immediate family member that resides in such Product Testing Program account's household.

Eligible purchases include items for the Product Testing Program member's personal use only. Purchases made for later reimbursement by individuals, not otherwise eligible for the discount, are prohibited. Product Testing Program cannot be used for resale purposes.

All purchases must be made using the qualifying account on TexasPetCompany.com, or designated website according to the program campaign definitions.

Product Testing Program membership is at the sole discretion of the staff at Texas Pet Company LLC.

Texas Pet Company LLC reserves the right to change the products eligible for the Product Testing Program at any time and for any reason.

Texas Pet Company LLC reserves the right to change the discount amount applied to products eligible for the Product Testing Program at any time and for any reason.

The Product Testing Program has no cash value. On projects where purchase is required, in most cases the tester will be reimbursed, depending on the project, amount could be partial or in full. All reimbursements are processed 30 days after completion of the campaign by the individual tester. Reimbursement is facilitated by electronic transfer using a third party defined by each campaign. Examples include Paypal, gift cards, etc.

Returns or refunds are not allowed or accepted for product testers.

Coupons and/or promo codes cannot be used with Product Testing Program membership unless defined as any action requirements in the campaign.

Testers are required to follow each individual program campaign details and action items to qualify for any compensation or reimbursement.

Testers assume the risk of testing and using products, and Texas Pet Company, LLC is not liable for damages.

Abuse of Program

Violation of these Terms and Conditions or abuse of the Product Testing Program privilege may result in revocation of the Product Testing Program discount privilege and/or discipline, up to and including termination of membership.
Texas Pet Company LLC reserves the right to refuse, terminate or suspend Product Testing Program membership for violation of rules & regulations.

Changes to the Program and these Terms and Conditions
Texas Pet Company LLC has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Product Testing Program and these Terms and Conditions with or without notice.
Visit TexasPetCompany.com to obtain a copy of the current Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Discount Club following any change(s) to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such change(s).

Personal Information and Communications

Texas Pet Company LLC collects, stores and uses data gathered through purchases made with the Discount Club or as otherwise in its conduct of the Program. This information includes but is not limited to Member identification, e‑mail address and sales transaction data. This data may be shared with and used by third parties in order to help us and our business partners better understand and serve our Members and customers, to customize your shopping experience, or to measure and improve the quality and effectiveness of our store service and program offerings. We may also use this data in the conduct of our internal loss prevention efforts to avoid unnecessary loss to Texas Pet Company LLC. By using the Discount Club you consent to Texas Pet Company LLC's use of information about you as set forth in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may choose not to use the Discount Club.

Texas Pet Company LLC will not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose our Members' information gathered from the Product Testing Program to outside companies or marketing firms except to do so in connection with the sale of assets, in connection with loss prevention efforts to defend ourselves, or as otherwise described in these Terms.

All materials and any notices will be sent to you at your email address, as contained in our records. If you change your email address, please inform us by emailing customerservice@texaspetcompany.com.

Texas Pet Company LLC has the sole discretion to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions and adjudicate other questions or disputes relating to the Program.
