How it Works
APPLICATION
Complete the online application to see if you qualify for a wholesale account. Including account creation and submission of resale certificate, sellers permit or tax identifier.
REVIEW PROCESS
Texas Pet Company will review your application and notify you of qualification status via email.
ACCOUNT ACCESS
Once you are approved, your account will be upgraded to wholesale pricing and benefits.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
All orders and re-orders, order history, account details can be managed from your account and accessed as you need.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Basics:
- Must be an authorized reseller
- Reselling on 3rd Party Marketplaces is prohibited
- Minimum order quantities

WHOLESALE APPLICATION
Personal Information and Communications
Texas Pet Company LLC collects, stores and uses data gathered through purchases made with the Wholesale Program or as otherwise in its conduct of the Program. This information includes but is not limited to Member identification, e‑mail address and sales transaction data. This data may be shared with and used by third parties in order to help us and our business partners better understand and serve our Members and customers, to customize your shopping experience, or to measure and improve the quality and effectiveness of our store service and program offerings. We may also use this data in the conduct of our internal loss prevention efforts to avoid unnecessary loss to Texas Pet Company LLC. By using the Wholesale Program you consent to Texas Pet Company LLC's use of information about you as set forth in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may choose not to participate in the Wholesale Program.
Texas Pet Company LLC will not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose our Wholesale Program Members' information gathered from the Wholesale Program to outside companies or marketing firms except to do so in connection with the sale of assets, in connection with loss prevention efforts to defend ourselves, or as otherwise described in these Terms.
All materials and any notices will be sent to you at your email address, as contained in our records. If you change your email address, please inform us by emailing customerservice@texaspetcompany.com.
Texas Pet Company LLC has the sole discretion to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions and adjudicate other questions or disputes relating to the Program.
